Villa Karangsari II is a quaint little villa in Sungei Buloh , designed for leisure use and perfect for small events for family and friends. The property has been designed to resemble some of the villas in Bali, with its own private pool facing the Main Hall. Its open layout allows cross ventilation and the quiet surroundings make one forgets they are within the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur. Although the villa can cope with 30 visitors at any 1 time , it can only accommodate 9 people to sleep there. The space There are 3 double and 2 single rooms. All rooms are air conditioned. A hall is in the centre of the villa. A modestly equipped kitchen is also available for use. There is also a fridge , a microwave and an oven. There is also a water dispenser. The Villa sleeps 9 adults comfortably. There is car park only for 5 cars. For 2019 , for those who have not booked before 1st February , there will be an extra charge of RM 35 per person if there is more than 10 adults and 5 children sleeping at the villa. Guest access All parts of the villa except the caretaker’s room. Other things to note The villa was designed by my daughter in law Ar Suhaila and husband Ar Rizal. A caretaker will be at the Villa to cater for your check in and check out formalities. There is a pool which is 4 feet deep. Please take necessary precaution when using the pool especially when children are using it. The risk is of the guest and not the host. Please bring your own floats to be on the safe side. A bbq set is also available. Please bring your own charcoal. N.B. From January 2022 onwards a deposit of RM500 may be required to be paid into the host’s account before checking in if required by the host. It is refundable if there is no damage of the property or loss of essentials supplied upon checking in. N.B. Beginning 1 March 2020, check out time will be before 12 noon. Check in time will be after 3 pm.
